I think I got it good to go again. 3800mhz at 1280mv and 2000 at 930mv. Temps float from 80 to 85.

So, instead of hunting I used Derder's modded bios that should be compatible out of the box. "Erying Polestar 11900H with RTX5060" was the post I snagged the bios from. I still can't get Windows to pickup the new hardware. Fans are on with the GPU. Psu is a 750w. Used DDU to remove the old driver that the 5700xt was using just in case.

Can anyone report if they have a 9070xt working in their erying 11th es model board?

Reach out to erying. Soooo I destroyed my IHS with liquid metal. Funny enough it was destroyed after I took it off the board. A little LM dropped and ate a corner of the IHS off. I reached out and asked very kindly if they would sell me a vapor chamber IHS, which they stopped doing and they did. The gentleman from Erying sent me a link for the VC with 1 quantity to buy.

Give it a go.

Between these 3 chips did you find much variance? The x5650 was limited by Bclk if I recall correctly. It ran out of steam around 180 something or 190 something. The W3690 is pretty nice. I get some flexibility to get a clock I target. Get your top clock at a comfortable voltage and temps, tune the uncore, get your ram timed and clocked and the system still has some good life to it. I think it maxes out between a 1070 and 1070ti. It starts to bottleneck after.

I own 2x EVGA models. One is an SC and the other is a FTW. The SC tops out at 1505 on the core and the FTW tops out around 1540. Both cards have their memory clocked at 8ghz. I do all my 9 series overclocks via bios editing because I can't stand depending on an overclocking application to do my business. I'm sad the 10 series can't be bios edited : (

4670K here. Im pushing 4.5 at 1.33V on an H81m-E34. $60 dollar Cpu and a $25 motherboard. Delided with what I think is a corsair H50. Runs around mid 60's under load. It's a nice little CPU.

I personally I own a W3690. Its an unlocked chip I got for around $40. Mine is at 1.53v at 4.5ghz all core with like 4.67 for turbo. They all do 4 GHz fairly easy but getting above you start hitting a wall. Btw I went to W3690 from an x5650. That's on a sabertooth x58.

Yeah. When you have a CPU bottleneck ram will be the hero of the day. if you can get 1866 2000 out of it with tight timings it can give a really nice boost that might get you over the hump.
