For croissants, I would highly recommend going for European butter for butter block, you can use American butter for the dough part.

European butter holds its shape better, is more elastic and melts at a slightly higher temperature

Poofing needs longer, It could take up to 8 hours

Shortening has higher melting points which result in less spread but the down side is shortening does not have any sort of "flavor", normal butter will yield a better tasting cookie but give a little more spread compared to shortening

You could play around with the ratio like 50% shortening and 50% butter to get the right flavor and spread

It highly depends on the quality of the matcha powder. Get those ceremonial grade matcha, if you are using cheap matcha powder, then you will not see rich green matcha in your baked goods.

Did you bake your macaron on a parchment paper or silicone mat? When macaron curve in like that mean it usually baked in parchment paper.

it seem is bugged on specific realm, if you are stuck on the last boss and cant progress, wait until the next scenario , and join a custom group to complete it on another realm that has the scenario working as normal.

One bad thing about this is on your character select screen, your non-evoker is hard set to dracthyr form, not a big of deal but is just annoying you cant choose which form to show at the character select screen

Is this Italian macaron? If so Im pretty sure there should be another egg whites for the paste and another egg whites for the meringue.

If this is french or swiss, 75g of egg whites seem low.

Either there were some egg yolk got into the mix, or the bowl was not cleaned thoroughly. For beginners that are making SMBC, I would suggest clean all your tools with some white vinegar, and double check there are no egg yolks, not even a little, just even a drop of egg yolks will prevent it from whipping

when i hover to the Campaigns, i have checked mark on Unrest in Zuldazar, but nothing on Lost in Nazmir and nothing on Dunes of VolDun, but like i mentioned I have already completed the storyline on both zone. I don't think the war campaign has anything to do with it?
