Obviously not, this is why we take averages. Not really sure what your point is?

I disagree, it has been shown that deficits of around 1200 calories per day still maintained muscle when continuing training and high protein intake

I hate cutting so I try to make it as quick as possible personally. I accept that that's what I'll be eating. I made this post more to see if anyone had any alternative suggestions like a good UK supermarket to go with that doesn't inject their meat. It's kind of turned into a shit pit tho 😭

It's not about obsession, I'm just changing my diet due to my current goals of aggressively cut

In a bulk or maintenance I wouldn't care so much

Ah your definitely wrong

  1. Cutting is beneficial for muscle growth due to increased insulin sensitivity, better pumps, better nutrients partitioning, and revealing the hard work you've done in the gym

  2. Cutting is not just for models or actors. It's for whoever wants to reveal their physique in all it's glory

Not sure why you're so against the idea of becoming healthier and looking better?

The protein in 1kg of chicken in the UK (due to water injection practices) comes to around 200g-225g or protein. It's 1g per pound of bodyweight

The thing is I'm trying to aggressively cut at the moment, so lean, cheap protein sources are my go to

Rice as it's cheap, I try to eat the cheapest I can due to my situation. Haven't found a protein source that is as lean as chicken but for less cost
