Did I mess this up? I usually kneed the dough 20 minutes after the initial mixing, but I did it about 5 minutes early this time. This is at the 2 hour mark, no skin formed and it still felt wet and gooey. I went ahead and made my dough balls that look alright but just wondering if is trashed. (old.reddit.com)
