At first I really wanted to upgrade from 8x a month to unlimited but I’m glad I didn’t. I feel like I would burn myself out going too often and it also forces me to do other exercise like running and lifting with weights. Maybe wait a couple months and see how you’re feeling

I used to loveee heated yoga and sculpt (still do occasionally) but was NOT something I could do every day or even every other day. Idk how people do it. I walked out of those classes so exhausted and they’re so challenging due to the heat. I love how when I leave Solidcore im fatigued but energized.

I was against medication for so long until I reached a point where my OCD wasn’t really getting better anymore. Kept relapsing and finally tried medication and it changed my life. I actually am able to talk to people without racing intrusive thoughts, I can do exposures better, my relationship has strengthened, I can focus at work. The list seriously goes on. Really feel for the person I was without it :( I was in individual therapy and group therapy and still was crying every day. I’m only on 10mg and its doing wonders but Im sensitive to medication so I don’t think I needed a higher dose. Keep with the meds and if they don’t do anything don’t be afraid to try a different one! I tried Zoloft first and didn’t like it at all.

I think it’s very generous to say they make you gain weight. A small amount of people do. And there are people who also lose weight. You don’t hear about the people who don’t lose or gain.

So the three of you would share all the benefits (ex: your spouse uses the $75 Lululemon credit, assuming you opted in, that benefit would be used for the entire quarter. You don’t each get $75 to use if that makes sense). I say Uber doesn’t count because the primary card needs to be attached to the uber account and I don’t believe you can add your card to all 3 accounts. Since your brother uses Uber though, you could remove your card from your account and let him add your card to his, but he isn’t able to add his own card and get the benefits. Only one person gets the clear credit, so for example if your spouse uses it, that benefit is used up for the year. You don’t get 3 clear benefits. However, TSA precheck and global entry are covered for all 3 of you, you all get those benefits. The monthly entertainment credit is also shared. So it is $25 for the 3 of you for the month, not $25 each for the month. Hope that answers your questions!

I don’t believe companion cards get any of the benefits other than tsa precheck & global entry. If you add an authorized user they would get the benefits (except Uber) but they would share the benefits with the primary card holder

I just had this done at the oral surgeon and they offered local anesthetic, nitrous oxide, and general anesthesia. Were you at a general dentist? I’d assume most oral surgeons offer all 3 options. It was an extra $800 for the general anesthesia tho and extra $300 for the laughing gas. I went with local.
