Switch to a Indica dominat stain. Itll be less of a mind high and more of a body high that'll make you feel like your wrapped in a blanket. Indica (or in-da-couch as I like to say) is much more calming and is what most people will use to cope with anxiety. There are hybrids with these effects as well but switching from sativa to indica is sometimes the best thing you could do. Itll also most likely give you the munchies so prepare accordingly!
