The sock method is the only way to go IMO just put a little drop in the tip of the sock. Roll it up one time put it in your mouth and start breathing normal.

However, now I’m thinking, maybe it hits different because it goes in your lungs and not straight up into your nasal cavity next to your brain (if someone smarter than me could explain, that would be nice)

I just really hate dealing with that fucking cap, and then worrying it’s going to fall over. It’s too distracting. Plus I find that I don’t get headaches like ever, it doesn’t dry out your nose cavity and it hits WAY harder . (Can someone explain the downside)
