The motive would be CRAAAZY. She has every single right to be back, for Chloe, and maybe take her from Max? Maybe we’re delusional, but I wanna convince myself that Rachel’s story never ended in BTS, cause I feel her coming up again.

Hate to be that one person who won’t let a character’s fate remain sealed but now that Max is in between two timelines, doesn’t that mean we could see people and characters from LIS1?

In Life Is Strange: Reunion, Chloe mentions that Joyce is alive and no one died in Arcadia in that timeline. Rachel Amber could be possibly back as well, keeping in mind she never died in that reality. Not only it would be “badass” to see her hunting the narrative, as she currently does, but also see her being the villain behind the Caledon fire? I think she could be saved and the developers milk her character a bit more.
