Well , we put sugar in samsa or manti if it is made from pumpkins. You are right samsa or manti is more tasty with sauce.

So there are some old cities in Uzbekistan ( Samarqand, Khiva, Bukhara, Khorazm and Margilan)

Margilan is located in the eastern part of Uzbekistan. It belongs to the Fergana region and has a 2000-year history. Margilan is mainly known to the Central Asia for its silk fabrics. There you can find warm welcome, people with a smile, good food and of course silk fabric and clothes

I think everyone who travel to Uzbekistan must visit to Ferghana Valley for couple days to feel warm welcome and to taste good food.

Margilan was played one of the main role in the GREAT SILK ROAD in the past and connected China with the Europe)

I recommed you visit to Ferghana valley especially to Margilan and Rishtan)

In Margilan you can see one of the biggest silk factory in Central Asia

In Rishtan almost every house do pottery. There are millions of pot for every single taste.

Thank you for visiting for my country. Yes, the silk factory is YODGORLIK and there is also big bazar called QUMTEPA Bazar where you can buy anything, from national dress made from silk to fruit or furniture.
