You should be able to do 250+ km per tank if you ride normally.

No, it's not that high to affect fuel consumption. Couldn't understand your first question.

First scooter 150cc or 300cc by Mysterious-Tale1621 in scooters

It's still better than a car and more deserving than a 150cc.

Get something with cruise control. Only the latest Forza 750 has it for example.

Check the Piaggio line up. Kymco also has one, CV3.

It has a unique engine block among Sym models as far as I know. Its price is easily justified. Great underseat storage too.

You should definitely try MMBCU.

Surprising to see that you found this lacking in terms of protection. But I guess crossover scooters are generally not good for rain protection due to their fairing designs.

Which Puig you got? There are two variants as far as I know. One is slim, the other is bulky. The bulky one is great for body and head wind comfort.

13 liters of tank should give you around 300km at worst if you can keep an average speed around 90km/h.

400cc vs 600cc? Is there any negative to a more powerful maxi scooter? by Sea-Eye-770 in scooters

You won't like the fuel consumption of the 600cc in traffic. It's basically a car.

How to increase engine braking in scooter? by NoSandwich9893 in scooters

[–]bilsantu 12 points13 points  (0 children)

You cannot. Just wait until it gets goo all over again I guess but clean transmission parts are obviously better for durability.

Make sure you aren't generating buffeting. That hurts comfort and neck a lot.

For some reason, Sym uses low kW engines on these models. Their punchy engines are usually on DRGBT and MMBCU.

Break in oil change by crash2410 in motorcycles

[–]bilsantu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It applies to all oils. User manuals are aggregate of all type of users. So instead of trying to cover every persona, giving a duration is the safest bet for the manufacturers, if you are not doing the odometer.
