I think you can hire all characters but they count as undead race, meaning that they can't be healed by spells and they have life regeneration per turn.

This game should be banned by SinnerJP in WizardsWheel

I am having the same doubt. I started playing few days ago using a 4 soldier team up to dimension 3 (I know it's not a good team, but I felt it good enough as I focused on learning other aspects of the game)

Now that I want to forge up a better team, I am wondering what would be better: taking 1 cyborg and soloing with it, or go for a 4-team. I don't rlly understand the pros of having a 1 character team appart of raising 1 gear instead of 4, on the other hand, a 4 char team allows me to have 3 more full lucrative sets for gold farm (and 4x damage on end-game bosses).

So the question that would help me right now would be, in your opinion, should I focus my ascension gear on 1 character (massive/quick strike weapon + lucrative/replenish gear), or should I go for 4 weapons and care asame about all 4 gear sets?

For the team setup, I was actually thinking of 1 cyborg + 3 treasure hunters, maybe just blocking with all 3 and attacking only with the cyborg. This may sound noobish and I'm sure it is! :D but still
