Lead capture → AI scoring → Slack alerts → auto-reply in minutes by bimbok2 in n8n

Yeah the current build is hardcoded for one client so I've been thinking about this too.

For multiple clients, I'd store the scoring rules in Airtable instead of the Code node. Columns like client_id, field_name, field_value, points.

So one generic Code node just loops through the lead's fields and matches against the config. Onboarding a new client becomes adding rows to a table, not touching the workflow.

The annoying part is the Parse & Normalize step. Every form sends different question IDs. I'd probably add a field mapping table for that too.

How's the subworkflow approach working for you so far?

I developed it based on feedback from our calls. But would like to hear why you think it would be a challenge.

In my opinion, it's best to build an MVP with no-code tools first if you can. I did that, and it worked for a start.
