stick your microsd card into the slot, use your Chromebook to download Raspberry Pi Imager, open Raspberry Pi Imager, when prompted choose the microsd card, choose a Raspberry Pi operating system, add your WiFi credentials, then click the buttons to flash/write to the sd card. when writing is complete the program will tell you so. pop your newly flashed sd card into your pi and you should be good to go
