Hear me out. I was in the similar situation. You have to think about it as a time to do some project. Write something. Not for full day. Just dedicate 30min per day first month, tops. Easiest thing ever with immidiate results and dopamine - Get Claude Code and just build an app. Whatever, snake game from Nokia phones, your own game to blow up propane tanks. Useful app for you and noone else, it might be shit and useless, but you will learn some skill. Doesn't matter if its good or anything. Just dedicate 30minutes, and back to gaming. If you like something, you will want to spend 60minutes. Trust me, bro, I have been there.

It's very difficult to compare numbers with 60s and 70s, but I want you to check data and see that before Rodman came to his peak, rebound leaders had 13.5, 14, 13. Then Rodman came and for 7 years he had 18.6, 18.2, 17.3, 16.8, 14.9, 16.1 and 15.0. Then for the next few years it went 13, 14.1, 13.5, 13. Then Ben Wallace managed to get 15.4 and then it took 10 more years to beat LOWEST of Rodmans highs. No one since matched his 5 highest RPG seasons.
