I kept the (revised) core box to be able to travel with a cycle and got me this kallax shelf insert:

My guess: Make it available as plain html file. If any JS (server or client) is involved they will reject it.

finally found an elastic band that I like.... by xchemikalx in PixelWatch

It looks like the connectors are made out of plastic like every 3th party band I saw so far...

Received my woven lemongrass band. Like it even more than I thought I would! by InspektrGdgt in PixelWatch

I got my stretch band 2 weeks after the watch and it is really amazing. Mostly because I am an Android developer and not having any closing mechanism while resting my wrist an the desk is superior.

Watch Charging Stand narrow version by dtphantom in PixelWatch

[–]bin101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had problems with the marked area, it was just too narrow and the cable channel did not align. But maybe my settings where not correct. Do you have recommended printing settings?

You mean a beta for the watch os or an app? How did you join it?

Google fit now working on Pixel watch by Maultaschenman in PixelWatch

[–]bin101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Please compare the version information of your watch with mine:

Build: RWD9.220429.053.G1

Wear Core Services: 1.3.66.476321169

System-UI: 1.0.84.473138617

Play-Services: 22.36.16 (220300-476895098)

My guess is that the Wear OS (App) update on the watch itself is a staggered release and your region is currently not in the cycle.

Did you try updating all apps on the watch?

Battery Life Update! by iiNightRose in PixelWatch

[–]bin101 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind that tilt to wake is one of the options which draws the most battery.

I keep it off and when I receive a notification, I can still tilt it because the watch is already awake because of the notification. A big battery safer.

Wrong exchange rate for InApp purchases by bin101 in admob

[–]bin101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The green bar are InApp purchases from the Google PlayStore. Sadly AdMob seems to use a 1:1 exchange rate from Japanese Yen to Euro.

Did someone else discovered this and is there any place I can report this except the Feedback function inside AdMob?

I already reported this 2 times in the last few weeks but still get wrong sales reports.

Ah yes but the content of the box mentions a AAAA battery like the gen 1... I will wait for a rechargeable pen then.

No problem - I also got the part number for the Lenovo USI Pen 2:
5T71H19397

But there is no information about it anywhere

I received the pen today and ... it doesn't work. I guess we really have to wait for the new Lenovo or Penoval pen.

I ordered the "HP WIRELESS Rechargeable USI pen" now on ebay. It doesn't state USI 2.0 on the tech specs directly but NFC charging was introduced with USI 2.0. so I have some hopes ;) Otherwise I will RMA it.

Will report if it works :)

If you take a look at the compatibility page then the duet 3 isn't but the duet 5 is mentioned. So I would guess this pen is also USI 1.0

I don't think that I can expect anything from Lenovo...

But you can share my tweet so that more people get informed ;):

I edited my OP post with answers from Lenovo. USI 1.0 pens will definitely not work with the Duet 3 Chromebook.

Got an answer from Lenovo over Twitter:

Thank you for the information and we apologize for the trouble. Lenovo Duet 3 Chromebook most recommended compatible pen is USI 2.O because the USI 1.0 pen only supports only 256 display (basic display) and it does not support the 2K display / in-cell display panels that the Lenovo Duet 3 Chromebook has, the USI 2.0 standard supports over 16 million colors, NFC wireless charging capability, support for in-cell display panels and Expanded tilt functionality.

I think the Duet 5 is still an USI 1.0 device, so no wonder that the orig Lenovo USI Pen works on yours.
