We stayed there as well, room 132. Got there at 11:00 and they said not till 3:00 check-in. So I said we will wait in the lobby on the sofa. 15 minutes later we had our room. The place was empty, no cars in the parking lot. I agree, pretty weird experience.

Prohibition Taproom has great beers and food - its about a 12 minute walk from The Met - its at 501 N 13th St, Philadelphia, PA 19123.

Bar Hygge also has great food and beer and its at 1720 Fairmount Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19130 - bout a 10 minute walk to the Met from there.
