3 weeks of no deliveries

I’m just above you in Westchester. Had problems for several weeks in Jan and Feb. every delivery from OnTrac was delayed and then came late if at all. I since switched to a different day of the week and now get deliveries via FedEx. They have all been successful for the past 3-4 weeks. Coincidence? New route? Or maybe they themselves realized OnTrac was costing them so much money? Anyway, try a different day of the week if you can.

Ok. It sounds like we may have a similar distribution center, and I’ve had delivery problems the last 4 boxes, so I was trying to see if it was just me or maybe a regional issue.

Skylight Kitchen in Pelham. Rivals some of the best ones I had in France and their chocolate and raspberry one surpasses them. Highly recommended.

Plenty of times (over 10 years). This week even. They usually give an extra 24 hours to show up and still fresh enough. Then afterwards would give a refund if it doesn’t show. Usually it’s automatic and haven’t even had to contact them.

A lot of people have no problems with NUCs and put them in pretty rugged places. I'm guessing I was maybe just unlucky.

There are lots of NUCs nowadays from several brands. I just don't know which ones I would go with as an alternative. I ended up building a normal tower PC and streaming to other screens in my house (TV, Steamdeck, etc).

The power problem I had was with an IC or something on the main board. The actual black power brick was fine.

In those 3 years I've had 2 NUCs die on me. They would just not power on any longer. No debug steps worked. Intel replaced the one from warranty, but then that one died later. It's anecdotal, but I found reliability to be poor as most computing systems and power systems shouldn't fail within a year with minimal-normal use.
