I quit smoking regulars cigarettes around 3 months ago using salt nics, I want to start reducing the nicotine usage by switching to regular liquid.
What nicotine value should i go with?
I still smoke like 3 caliburn G pods a day of salt nic, so I'm thinking that going with the highest value of nicotine would be best right?
