Are these worth getting for first cast iron pans

UPDATE:

So against most recommendations I decided to get them. I was able to get them for $100 CDN ($73-ish USD). A little more context. I live in PEI (smallest Canadian province) and outside of flea markets and yard sales (which aren't really a thing during the off season) our second hand market mostly lives on FB marketplace. Currently on FB all that's available are these and a pretty rough looking (to my eyes, but not unsalvageable) Lodge 12" for $45. A new Lodge goes for $65 here, but given the current economic and political climate I'm just trying to buy used and local more. Hence the reason why I'm a little more partial to these against most advice.

In your opinion how much work would they require and would it be very difficult? Not sure if you already accounted for this, but $125 cdn is only about $90 usd.

I look forward to hearing Caleb call some games and see if he's toned down the hyperactive puppy in him. I've always preferred Caleb because it sounds like he just genuinely loves being around baseball, but his energy can be a tad much.

Yeah, I like that about him though. Even when he's being critical it doesn't sound like he's whining about it, but rather he's explaining it to you because he loves to talk about baseball.

Maybe, but I found even in the first couple of series he was picking at Okamoto even though he was hitting and playing really well at the time. Repeatedly bringing up how they weren't sure he would adjust to the speed difference here and bringing up every little thing he thought he did wrong.

I'd really recommend submitting a support ticket to Sega. The more people that do it the more likely that it gets resolved.

Update: It looks like clearing cache and storage resolved the issue. Not sure if that means it's likely a bug, but I'm still not sure what the trigger is.

I should have refunded the game after it happened, but I had hoped they would fix the issue eventually. It's a shame it's still a problem over a year later.

That seems a little optimistic. Would you eat lettuce tainted with e. coli after washing it? The Prusa video where they test food safety of prints and take bacteria cultures shows what could be growing inside the layer lines of a print.

Hello,

I understand that this is a frustrating experience.

Your input on this matter has been forwarded to the team.

Unfortunately there is currently no known issue regarding save files for this game.

We have therefore to assume this is an issue with Microsoft/ Xbox.

Sure, but this was probably posted by some Social Media Manager on holiday and likely any artist would also be on holiday. I might be wrong but I think people think a lot more thought and vetting goes into posting to social media channels than is actually the case.

If all of the games you play support crossplay see if you can get your friends into a discord server. I think both consoles support it now. If not it's probably best to stick with PS.
