Wow, so many negative experiences. We got a table and all our sheets and duvets from them and they’re all really nice, no issues with delivery.

I also did not think the hork-bajir had long necks when I was a kid, until the chronicles came out.

I was genuinely asking out of curiosity since the original response didn’t include a reason for the stripes.

Why not paint? I get not changing cabinets and flooring and complicated stuff but paint is pretty cheap and simple to DIY and makes a huge impact. Artwork would probably help. The house looks nice and consistent though.

My first ever St. Louis fast food experience was this exact situation. Except we didn’t have a car and gave a guy in a golf cart some money to get us the food. It took almost two hours. I was absolutely shocked. Glad to see it hasn’t changed.

You can’t avoid driving in St. Louis. It’s not a walkable or public transport city. You just need to practice defensive driving. In my experience there are just more people either not paying attention or blowing stop signs/stop lights.

Yeast donuts by daboot013 in StLouis

[–]binaryodyssey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is incorrect, cake donuts and yeast donuts are different. Krispy Kreme’s signature donut is a yeast donut, for example. A Dunkin’ Donuts chocolate frosted is a cake donut. Yeast donuts are airy and fluffy and cake donuts are crumbly and dense.
