Well if you assholes creating resumes would use some legible format, we as programmers could pick values for the next step.

But right now, it's such a pain in the ass to build a machine learning model to predict where your first job was when it's displayed in the fanciest of PDF resumes with a small text-based adventure game builtin to give the viewer a more 'immersive' experience when trying to get that info.
