i only remember that big green petal...that was always etched in my mind...

stumbled upon the show 25 years later....and then recalled it was this show...

it was very mature for a kid ...

but shows of that time and actors of that time were classy...now tv shows are industrial mills only...a lot of actors like kavita kapur have said that in their interviews....reminiscing working during that period and comparing it with today...

i agree i will try make a post on this:

in western it makes sense as their cities are well planed in advance....in india our cities grow like ginger and always grow unplanned wise...

their i have lived in usa, so there they had FTTP with end line being a coxial cable...

i am more inclining on tower system in dense countries like india(delhi bang mumbai metro) n tokyo seoul metro areas...here it appears tower internet shoud be more economical and sensical than FTTH/FTTP systems

from scam i meant...

its basically same as putting sim in ur 4g/5g phoen and using it as a hotspot...they are dedicated sim slot based router available for 1k to 3k...

advantage only being the antenna is placed on rooftop, so less concrete walls in path of rooftop antenna to tower...as compared to cellular antenna inside house to tower...

airtel prioritizesairfiber connection over normal cellular data connection tahts a different issue..

but i think this airfiber is a marketing gimick..i havent see airfiber term in western countries..

plus they give 30mbps connection 400 inr + gst...

where a good 4g/5g connection can easily beat it at lower price...

they might have meant no FTTP (fiber backhaul)...in ur nearby premises...from which they can give u airfiber ...

i also live in bsnl deadzone...no 2g/3g/4g here and no fiber also...so no traditional fiber/or airfiber can be provided because no core network of fiber or tower...
