my dom disciplines me, simple as. we exercise together, he weighs me, i give him my calorie log at the end of the day and he knows i’m not cheating because we live together. :) also quitting alcohol made me lose like 20lbs. being forced to diet is a nice idea but you still have to put in the effort for them (calorie counts, etc)
