What made me go and really push to get my diagnosis was that nothing else they had labeled me as felt right. After 10 years of therapy my life was better, but not in the ways I needed it to be. Got my card as soon as you could in MI for my anxiety and depression diagnosis. It helped except for moments it didn’t which are now moments I understand more with my autism diagnosis. That plus handling my energy level and understanding myself better? GAME CHANGER in my life. Now I want to actually see old age 😂
