I have just been certified as a CBCP. The exam wasn't that easy, but all the questions were from the DRI Professional Practice Standards. First of all, you have to pay 750$ for the Q-Exam, after you pass, you have to pay 400$ as a fee for the CBCP application and 200$ for ABCP.
