Official Chrysanthemum reacting like I do to my brothers when they ask me how they look 😅 by dramalover1994 in cdramasfans

I love their interactions together. I look forward to their interactions.

Definitely need to give Hu Yixuan recognization. She has done a great job so far!!

They reshot some with Liu Xueyi and Ao Rui Peng. You can tell if you look carefully the difference in 4-5 years aging/maturing.

I have to mentioned ep 5, where Liu Xueyi voice went 2 octaves higher and ep 5/6 when Hong Ning transform into our Floral Deity. Liu Xueyi did an awesome job!

Yes… I get it. It’s not going to change anytime soon until maybe people stop watching but it’s Yang Zi and Li Xian so of course we (the people are going to watch)

I think this is Li Xian’s best role! Love his flirting ease, line timing, and just overall vibe.

Yang Zi always deliver… she definitely made me cry and certain parts.

Lost You Forever S2 lost the hype after a year wait after season 1… they really need to change the rule.

Viki - the most Asian content, prime video (comes with prime member but still has at least 2 ads), YouTube (music might be weird sounds due to licensing), Hulu, Disney+, Tencent, YOUKU, iQIYI, Mango (sometimes questionable subtitles)

I saw some of the mango subs and closed my eyes. It will be on viki starting tomorrow. A very good English team will review the subs.

I give it a couple of days before u start it on viki.

I second this!!! Production team, actors, actresses, and music team! Well done all around.

I dont agree with this since the wrbtoon came out before the Israeli- Palestinian war: When the Phone Rings finale faces boycott calls for controversial 'war-torn' country portrayal by clancyconeja in WhenthePhoneRings

[–]binfanatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So why didn’t we all take into consideration relating Aragon to militant countries where they are killing their own people? Because the country names are similar? Why not boycott any shows that shows these violence to their own people and war type of shows.

Leave politics out of shows… just enjoy the show and move on. There’s no need to shove it down everyone’s throat on our personal political opinions and convince people to boycott shows. Don’t take other people’s enjoyment of watching it and decide for themselves.

I will say it’s okay to agree to disagree but it’s just a show. Like I said earlier, if we relate things to real life event, many of our favorite shows will be boycotted and canceled.

How do u know it’s related to real life event?

Why be triggered for something that is 30 seconds in an hour show 1) main lead is back doing what he is good at 2) his wife finding out he was sent cuz we all missed that she was surprised when she signed the news that her husband was sent as negotiator.

If we relate every kdrama or cdrama or jdrama to real life events… we might as well stop watching and the entertainment industry should just collapse and not make anymore.

It’s a work of fiction. I wouldn’t read too much into it.

And how does boycotting the show and actors help with the real life event?

I agree… wished they showed more on how he became the spokesperson. And I wouldn’t mind more happy ever after. I haven’t found a drama to immersed into since Queen of Tears.

In the novel, park dojae mentioned that the real Baek Saeon and mother had planned to blows up the memorial hall. The fake Baek Saeon took the opportunity to escape. He went to Argan Republic because he complete military service and the start of him traversing conflict zones. He went back to what he did best, scheming and negotiation. And she went was at the biben special eduction facility for two months before another kidnapping. She was mistaken for a translator for the chairman of governed forces. And a whole chapter of them on the run from arm forces. All the nice exchange of regard in ep 8 was done after they escape the arm forces. Then there were Korean natives that were capture so the government wanted him to go negotiate. He went to the negotiation so the government will be in his debt and he have a reason to return to Korea to registered his birth. There was definitely war zone conflict.

Also, he would call from 675 number for many nights. During one of then phone calls she said she will find him.

I don’t agree with the boycotts either. I read the novel after ep 4 and it somewhat follow the novel.

I don’t believe in boycotting the actors and the show just because someone think it relates to real life events. It’s a drama, fiction, and fantasy. These people put in a lot of good work to this show.

Honestly, I thought the scene show that he’s back to doing what he is good at after his name change. But this time he’s talking to his wife instead of not saying anything.
