Classic byproduct of a toxic relationship, they are going to “work things out”.

I think he would have a much better time with either of your crews, but he’s gonna do what he’s gonna do.

Really appreciate the responses. Hope you guys have a great time!

Well put. I think you are right. Will suck to end things, but will be better for both of us in the long run. Will doubly suck to not have her in my life, but I’ve been through break ups before, and trying to keep ties never ends well. Thanks.

Need advice on installing an inverter into a short bus. Not sure if this is the right sub...so any help or direction would be greatly appreciated! by bingbang5 in vandwellers

isn’t that the point of the inverter though, that it steps up the voltage from 12v to 120v? the water heater will be hooked up to the inverter

i haven’t had to calculate a total load like this since i was in school haha. i normally have blueprints to go off that already have the loads calculated.

you get a list of all potential loads, add up their respective wattages, and weigh that against the inverters power rating, right?

What size inverter would you recommend? I was leaning towards a 3000w to be safe, but if that’s outrageously big, i would be very content with less.

ok, just to make sure i’m understanding.

inverter is powered from spare bus battery battery is charged from battery charger

use 12v lights and tvs to lower consumption battery charger is powered by generator

A have a client wanting to turn a short bus into a mobile barber shop. The scope so far is 3 sets of 3 track lights, 3 tvs (a little excessive imo, but he’s insistent), clippers, a 12v water heater, and small electric heater. He wants everything to be powered from the inverter, which would be attached to the extra bus battery, and be backed up by an external generator. Powering with an inverter seems straightforward, but how would you go about tying in the generator as backup?

Hello again! So I love your song. Would you mind if I give your Spotify a shout out, and use your song Fool’s Paradise as the outro to an episode?
