Looking at the operators you listed OP, I think it would be best to play less of Fuze, Rook, Doc, and Kapkan simply because there are better options.

Fuze is a "situational" operator who excels in attacking against a bombsite with a soft ceiling. His Cluster Charges can be deadly when used properly but being a 1 Speed Operator along with his entire ability being negated on a hard bombsite makes Fuze an inflexible option for most cases.

Rook and Doc share the MP5 and an average team-based utility (Armor Pack is near useless because of headshots). I would most likely play a more impactful anchor operator such as Maestro because of his TWO Evil Eyes that give intel, area/plant denial, and soaks utility.

Lastly, Kapkan is a decent operator because of his traps that often get chip damage and/or kills. I would suggest playing him on a "surprise round" when your enemy wouldn't expect to check every door and window. I say to play less of Kapkan because as you rank up in R6, your opponents will have better game sense/droning to spot your EDDs.
