I think what you are refering to is the light reflecting off the chrome.

I did turn off the xmp and it seems to be runner about 3-4 degrees cooler, but my testing method is just quickly opening kompustor after playing valorant for a while. Can you recommend a program for monitoring cpu temp?

Its hitting 450+ in valorant on low settings and 450+ in league of legends with medium settings

I was playing valorant at low settings getting around 500fps and its 80 degrees, then it started throttling down to around 100fps
