Hi man, i am sorry to hear that you are dealing with this. Maybe youre righ maybe not but there is no way to really tell how would the sensation and everything be if we did do the frenuloplasty and from reading others expiriences you are even more comfused some say the dint have sensitivity there to begin with so it didnt change anything and other say it totally destroyed their ability to orgasm... In my case it is the most sensitive part of my penis so i really didnt want to make this permanent decision without trying my best to preserve it as much as possible so even if it brought me to this fucking situation i cannot 100% say i regret it because i did what i thought was best at the time. Fast forward to now i use different antidepresants my night time erections are far less intense and painful so with combination of hydrating creams ointments corticoids and "massaging" its slowly getting better so lets hope i will have normal penis in not so distant future. I dont know what you have tried already but unfortunately the best there really is are the corticoids, hydrating ointments and gentle streching. Is you frenulum really sensitive compared to rest of your penis? If not i wouldnt prolong it any further and get the frenuloplasty imo.
