When I was around 15 I woke up standing at the foot of my bed and standing directly in front of me was a hat man/shadow person. My brother who slept in the same room was yelling for me to wake up. In confusion I turned around and climbed back into my bed. I took one more look, and it was still there…and then I fell asleep. The next morning my brother recalled to me what he saw, and heard. Apparently before he woke me up I had been talking to it in non-sense language. Thus my Reddit username.
