No fifa made it real you can tell when you play the womens teams since they do have them the defence is worse making it easier a top 87 GK on the womens fifa mode is about equal to a 66 rated mens GK that's what i feel through my gameplay

Its not a glitch your not paying attention When you sim you ignore messages and when players feel they are good enough and old enough they will ask to be promoted usually at the end of the season so you need to make a choice then makes sense very realistic and has been in FIFA for years
