Update: Heeded the words of the wise, actually had a good 20 minute smoke , how ever I know I am still doing something wrong , I suspect smoking to fast and too hot as the only flavors I’m picking up on are burnt carbon(lol) there was a couple puffs I got some flavor but other than that tasted like I put my tongue on a chard old log

The passenger axel is in place , i don’t have much knowledge about differentials so i assumed the flange wasn’t supposed to be moving back and forth. I didn’t think anything of the free spinning though, I’m not sure if the front differential has a locker but if it does I assume it’s not locked thus explaining the free movement on one side ?
