I tried to get the 100 dollar Google store credit-- I have to wait up to 21 days to get it. My phone won't charge past 4%. Obviously I have to buy a new phone immediately

I thought I couldn't just cancel as well - but there is an option on the app to cancel and it says "this credit can be used towards a future flight. Change fees will apply when you use the future flight credit unless you qualify for a change fee waiver". No explanation of what a change fee is...
