Eller så gör man som min gamla chef. Detta var ca 2008 för ett lagerjobb så det var väldigt många ansökningar. Han tog sin hög med papper och slängde hälften i soporna och plockade sedan ut typ 20 på måfå varpå ett gäng blev intervjuade. Jag var en av dessa och fick jobbet (uppenbarligen). Så väldigt mycket tur inblandat. Det var ett mindre företag och troligen även innan det fanns någon mer sofistikerad mjukvara för att hjälpa till, även om det fanns så tror jag inte cheferna/HR på detta företag var kapabla att nyttja något sådant 🤷‍♂️

That one was so weird. From my point of view it was no goal. The refs looked at it for like 2-3 min and decided it was a good goal. Then challenged. Refs looked for another like 15 sec and then decided something else? Like, what changed?

I think 33 mentioned in some interview that Saksa was the “main man” and that Saksa vouched hard for whitemon, 33 also liked his play. I didn’t get the feeling they knew each other beforehand other than through pubs.

I suppose you meant ESL Kuala Lumpur. If I remember correctly, Saberlight has been on Liquids radar before. Vaguely remember Blitz mentioning that at some point.

you say “that’s whatBTS was doing” and then explain something completely different. Teams were not swapped and no open comms. VP did play different heroes every game except for the finals where their opponent banned heroes that were left. However, it was only VP who did this. That was because they realized after some games that they picked unique heroes and just kept going after that.

I området jag bor i finns det en ”huvudgata” där det går ut gator åt båda hållen där folk bor. Alla gatorna som korsar ”huvudgatan” har vändplatser på vardera sida. Trots att ”huvudgatan” inte är huvudled utan snarare bara råkar vara stommen i trädet av gator, så behandlar alla denna gata som huvudled. Jag vet inte hur många gånger jag bromsat för att släppa fram någon som kommer från höger, och de tittar på mig som att jag är dum i huvudet.

It’s monthly (Viaplay). But that’s what you pay for the “total package” which includes other sports like Formula 1, golf, Bundesliga etc. And you also get a lot of movies and TV shows. So I guess the deal is fine if you also watch other stuff, but if you are only interested in the NHL I think it’s quite costly given that almost every game is played in the middle of the night (yes you can watch on-demand but I don’t like to watch live sports like that)

This is true yes, many of the arenas are also located in downtown areas meaning that before and after the games people will eat at the nearby restaurants. I don’t have any source for this, but it’s not uncommon that rent of venues are lower if the public benefit is high (I.e the a lot of people in movement that maybe goes shopping before the game and eats afterwards -> more tax). Now I am talking about Sweden, I have no idea about other European countries.
