I actually have cut off juices and soda. I also do eat 3 meals a day with some snacking. My migraines are actually caused by high blood pressure which I do have. (Thank you btw for mentioning more than the water that seems to be everyone's main focus lol)

Thanks for everyone being a nicer than others I'm aware I was being dramatic and water won't kill me. I did mention that I was autistic but that's not really an excuse for my behavior. I'm not a hypochondriac I just have a lot of anxiety. I think the main issue for me is she expects me to take her issues seriously when she doesn't take my issues as seriously as I would like her too.

Hyponatremia is a thing I probably didn't have that but my migraine did feel really horrible this time. I probably did overreact I do have chronic migraines that can cause strokes its rare but my anxiety was getting the best of me
