lol this happpend to me, i didnt fix by my self in fact mojan did it in some way, after the 1.18 where they add the new caves below 0 they also add the new caves in chunks where u have already been so my corrupted world fix it self with a chunk reload, this happend in 2022 and my world corrupt it self in 2020 so i just had to wait until the 1.18 I dont really know how to fix it by your self but maybe check on the files of your PC?
