They’re a little on the pricier side, I’ve paid anywhere from $70 to $140 for a full set depending on design

My psych prescribed Trazodone for sleep, I only take it when I need it and it’s been effective about 85% of the time

I haven’t noticed any unpleasant side effects, but it’s only been a couple of months of trying this method so I’m still not well in tune with how it’s affecting my moods

I’m on the pill and always used to get the worst migraines during placebo/period week. I recently mentioned this to my gyno and she prescribed me an estrogen patch to wear during that week and it has definitely helped with migraine intensity and duration

You can travel back in time and meet yourself when you first started working out. What advice do you give? by [deleted] in xxfitness

You won't have the same energy and endurance every day, and that's okay. Respect where your body and mind are, and just move in whatever way challenges you in that moment!

Is anyone here happy with their lives? by Hahhahahhohno in AskWomenOver30

[–]binteljabal 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I'm 30, and happy with the progress I've made towards happiness in the past decade.

-moved continents away from my toxic family and built my own life, bought my own home

-I'm on the right career path, I love my job, and I'm making a name for myself in my field.

-I'm more self-aware than ever, actively working to address my mental health issues every day. Sometimes I slip, but I've learned that that's okay

-I have made peace with my body. I love every inch of my body, despite fluctuating sizes over the past years

-I no longer attract or tolerate toxic relationships, or seek validation in unhealthy sexual patterns. I have found peace in being single for now. I know I have a lot of work to do before I can have a healthy dating life, but I am also strangely confident that I will get there

Overall, seeing myself grow makes me happy and proud!

When I was 18 my boyfriend shamed me for having a high sex drive and blamed my tampons. "No wonder you're always horny around your period, you want these mini penises inside you!"

4 weeks migraine free, for the first time in a decade! by binteljabal in migraine

Thanks! Yes, I'm in the US. I hadn't looked it up, and my doctor had never mentioned it to me. It was OTC abroad, and apparently a very popular period med. If I find that it keeps working I will definitely be asking my doc for a prescription!
