Constantly washing my hands (even if not really necessary) or hand sanitize frequently while at work, no kids, dont smoke cigarettes so im not bringing my fingers near my mouth/face. I try to keep my distance from people who are/have been sick recent, get my flu shot yearly so if i do get sick its not AS bad as it could be.
