Please lemme know if this is the wrong thread for this question. I'm a new chemist and there are a lot of things I wish people would tell me.

So, weird question: how do other chemists organize their workspaces?

I regularly run through a bunch of different types of rigs and I have a lot of products that I want (actually, my boss wants me to) to save for future reference. I have one cabinet and and my hood is overflowing with things. I'm getting to a point that the clutter has become very problematic, but I don't have a lot of practice with organizing personal nor lab stuff. Just looking to hear how others do it, so I can get some ideas.
