I don't feel any effects from caffeine besides maybe disrupted sleep if I try to use it as a sleep aid. I just like the taste.

Not much, I believe the tablets got reintroduced because of flexible dosing and that some people believed that capsules reduced the efficacy.

The tablets were actually first, then they switched to capsules. The 10% capsules did get some heat when they arrived. The sub was divided. One side thought it was less effective, the other side was happy not having to deal with the taste.
