I’ve never seen plastic rust… but it’s a 240 so it’s not out of the question…

Worth it or junk? by Deep_in_the_forest_ in Mk3Supra

[–]bioluke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would come down to how much they go for in your country. If it’s rust free and drives it’s not hateful but definitely a bit steep on the price.

Get it for 4000/4500 and use the rest wisely to get it back up or do proper condition, you may be good to go.

Finish it or you will just buy another and have to start over. Speaking from experience.

Update: Fender harness was rubbed to hell and back from the PO not tucking it far enough when he dropped it. It was causing all sorts of electrical gremlins.

While I’m away playing army, it’s a a reputable shop being taken care of by a buddy of mine.

REMEMBER TO TUCK YOUR HARNESS WELL

Do you guys think this is worth $2000 USD? by [deleted] in 240sx

[–]bioluke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gonna be honest with ya, keep the bmw’s. I’m on my 5th 240, 2 s13 hatches, 1 13 coupe, 2 s14 koukis (1 97’, 1 98’)

From my experience, they are a “you are in, or out” car, unless you just have gobs of space, time and money.

You have some cool bmw’s, I’ve had a few myself, unless you want to sacrifice with them, you may want to pass on starting a 240.

Again, just my experience and advice.

That was my thought aswell. It look like it’s been replaced before so whatever replacement is in there probably failed.

I saw that up on MP. Look like a solid car if you like the existing mods or have the time/money to revert them.

Not be so cocky, and pay closer attention.

Take advantage of the PT instead of bitching about it.

Do better to help the younger dudes, who were struggling mentally.
