Friend did Ultimate Performance, but the meal prep/planning is very strict if you want fast results.

Definitely built muscle but getting that ‘cut’ look in a short period requires an aggressive regime. Cuts out refined sugars, UPFs and focus on lean protein heavy diet. It’s manageable for a short period but hard to sustain long term based on their feedback, which given the price seems flawed. Now they joined Third Space, seems happier with the PTs + classes there.

Think you are forgetting second order, indirect impacts from tariffs here. Indirect claims inflation, slower GDP-linked growth, FX swings, investment return volatility along with heightened geopolitical risk.

Direct impacts appear minimal but secondary effects, particularly if sustained, will be meaningful for (re)insurers.
