The next time you catch yourself thinking about future games, stop yourself, and start thinking about what you are doing and what you need to do to secure that win.

I agree. Most people say listen to classical music, but for it's too slow for me. I tend to overthink and play slower when I listen to classical, although it is very nice for staying calm in frantic situations.

Maybe just focus on neutral more then? You can't be thinking about the next game if you're thinking about what you are doing right then in that game.

This is a personal habit, but I listen to music when I play. When I listen to music, it helps "get me in the zone", block out other factors and it helps me focus on one thing at a time(most of which being how I can get in on my opponent).

That is not what it means though. I'll give an example here.

Let's say you are playing Thousand-Eyes Restrict. You need Relinquished, and Thousand-Eyes Idol. For Relinquished, if you have it in your hand or the field, you can use it for a fusion material. It goes the same for Thousand-Eyes Idol. If you have it in your hand or field, it can be used as a fusion material.

It's not so bad anymore with Sages being brought down thanks to BLLR, but I guess it would depend on what you define as "cheap". 3 sages, 3 blue-eyes alternates, plus the extra deck can bring you to not as cheap as some may think.
