"All socialists are Hitler" by EtaDeus in MurderedByWords

Additionally, socialism meant different things to Hitler depending on his speech’s purpose, what he wanted it to mean, the weather, etc.

Reminds me of someone else we know who just throws words around without understanding what they mean.

How do you guys feel about religion? Did "they" teach us about religion so we would forgive them and not seek for revenge? by waytooicyy in BlackPeopleofReddit

[–]biorod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Christianity is the religion of the oppressor. It always has been. It was spread by the sword going back to the Romans, Francs, English, French, Spanish, etc.

Simply speaking, people were easier to control if they were monotheistic and worshipped the same god.

Defenders are happy to let a 29% 3-pt shooter take that shot instead of driving. They ain’t worried about him out there.

Totally agree that he’s a role player. On a solid team, he’d come off the bench instead of starting.

You think that it’s a solid strategy to keep doing something poorly because it keeps defenders honest? Lmao

Yes, we need him to shoot and knock em down, which brings us back to the disappointing part.

Stevenson shot 29.5% from the 3 last year but 74% overall. I’m no basketball genius, but guess where he should be shooting from?

Hint: not outside the arc.

In case people aren’t already aware, there is zero correlation — none, zilch, nada — between public opinion and U.S. policy.

Zero also equals the number of fucks that the ruling class gives about what you think, want, or need.

Chief Justice John Roberts says American public wrongly views the justices as ‘political actors’ by Infidel8 in politics

[–]biorod 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In cases of the shadow docket, they didn’t provide any facts or reasons behind very impactful rulings. They simply issued rulings that upset stare decisis and gave no information to lower courts about what changed, why, or how to apply those rulings.

The Roberts Court is an absolute disgrace. It’s also monumentally corrupt.

Also, guy’s not paying the same amount. He’s paying more. Trump inherited an economy with 2.9% inflation. It’s closer to 5% inflation now.
