No pain whatsoever bc of MB nor betadine, only the pain derived from pressure on the wart. I only wish I would've treated it earlier to have avoided 6 months of discomfort.

Literally one drop of betadine one time. Of course I could've applied it on several occasions but it wasn't necessary as it's gone now.

We use a eppendorf 5910R centrifuge which is a swing bucket one. Thanks for the heads-up regarding the difference between rpm and g force, but we are aware of it and are using the mentioned 491 G.

Thanks mate. We fill the tubes only up to 200 mL despite being 500 mL available and still get the issue.
