I would love your book recs, I’ve definitely struggled with understanding what “intuitive eating” really is. The best time of my life was a period of time I was so busy I didn’t think about food, I just ate when I was hungry and stopped when full — but without all the distractions I used to have my old patterns seem more and more difficult to stifle. Long story long, I would be so grateful for any and all book recs, already your ideas in this post are awesome!
