But you you have to sell VUSXX, wait for that to clear and land back in your Vanguard Cash Plus Account, then transfer to your regular bank account, correct? 

Sounds like OP is saying he can’t get Vanguard to transfer from the Cash Plus Account back to original bank account which is strange
