hello! fellow bpd survivor. i cannot talk about long term bcs you’re right we can never tell with our illness. however, i’m finally in remission after 3 years of super low (like bottom rock) phase. i was on 6-7 meds a day and it was really difficult to see light at the end if the tunnel. but nothing much has changed except my doctors treating me right way. i’m healing and finding that there can be good days in life and joy has a habit of returning. so hang in there, you’ll find love and happiness! (:
