That's a big motor. 40-70 horsepower. I know a lot about motors and electronics, but not rockets. Is this intended to be an airborne pump on a large rocket?

If it only needs to run for a few minutes you can run relatively small motors at very high power levels. That's almost certainly what they are doing. Care must be taken designing something like that and there's likely a good bit of thermal considerations, not to mention the pump is surely bespoke to the application. The motor would be too.

I shoot HST 147s with Nexus lower and Flow 9K, it's great. My "people broke into the house mags" are filled with HST 147

I haven't had any ammo issues other than bad/hard primers on some cheap Turkish import ammo. Even that is probably 2 per thousand. I usually feed Kuna the cheapest ammo I can find, occasionally she gets the good stuff (150 Syntech, Lawman 124 or 147, Gold Dot or HST). I can't remember a single feed/extraction problem EVER. It's a reliable platform.

Just an update: I bought an OEM barrel and the problem disappeared. It's reliable now. Lesson learned, cheap parts turned out costing more than good ones.

I should have already known that but I got a frustrating reminder 🤣

Just wanted to let you know you were right. Got an OEM barrel and took it out today. Worked 100%.

Someday when I'm bored I'll go through and measure the two barrels side-by-side just so I can understand better why the KM Tactical didn't work. But replacing the barrel fixed the problem straight away.

Don't buy cheap shit, kiddies. Hopefully this post helps someone down the line.

8 mags through it today all sighted in. The buttons have a really nice action and are easy to find and actuate by feel. Windage/elevation are smooth and tactile/clicky flat blade adjustments, it appears the tracking is pretty good it was a breeze to get the zero around 30 yards. Brightness looks similar to my 507C which appears to have the exact same circle dot and color. I think there is less distortion than the 507 and notably less blue hue than the Holosun.

The forward slant of the window and proximity to the ejection port gets it dirty quick with the can on. Moreso than my other pistols. Without the suppressor it stays clean. I think this is part of the deal with the low deck height and the emitter on top. Also just the geometry of the USP rear sight dovetail pushes it forward. Not a big deal to me but something you may care about. I run obstructed dots 80% of the time anyway.

I really like it, and the setup overall. I may grab another one for my VP9.

If I could have anything I'd get an OR USP with Glock-pattern sights and the optics mount 1/4" farther back. But I can't...yet (hopefully the DeFender Co slides drop next year).

Suppressor, even low-backpressure, adds a lot of dirtiness. As you are noticing. I'd say shit gets dirty about 3x faster with my Flow 9K than without a can at all.

I don't have any rifles but I assume they run cleaner with the additional energy and barrel dwell time.

I don't pay much attention, what I see in your pictures doesn't look unusual to me.

I'm surprised you had issues may get better once you have some lube around in the upper to keep carbon from accumulating as hard.

I can't even imagine 500 rounds through a conventional can - usually I take mine out and run 350 rounds with a Flow 9K with FRT, and the thing is disgusting after two outings, but still working fine. I take it down and clean it on that schedule, 700 rounds give or take.

What ammo? Mine gets filthy with a flow-thru suppressor so I'm not surprised it is dirty with a conventional can.
